Finally we can reveal the host for the Swiss Championships 2021. We’re are thrilled and super proud to announce that the Swiss Championships 2021 will be played at over 1’800 metres above sea level. (Jep, probably the most Swiss thing to do ever). How that’s possible? Our newest Member Roundnet Pontresina will be the host:

Statement from Roundnet Pontresina

Yes, it’s true!

We are hosting the Swiss Roundnet Championships 2021. The second Swiss Roundnet Championships in history!

When: 7th – 8th August 2021

Registration fees:

30 CHF team/day (Official Swiss Roundnet Clubmembers)

35 CHF team/day (Only one official Swiss Roundnet Clubmember)

40 CHF team/day (Both Non-Clubmembers)

The registration platform is closed now. There is a limitation of 80 teams per day, first come, first serve. We think there should be enough space for everybody. If you struggle to find a team partner, don’t hesitate to contact us (Roundnet Pontresina). We will give our best to find your perfect match! The link to sign up will appear in our bio on our Instagram. The Women’s and Open division will take place on the 7th, whereas the Mixed division will be played on the 8th of August.

Considering that in the Engadine this weekend is in the period of high season, it is very important for you to book your accommodation as soon as possible. Therefore, we put together a summary of some hostels/hotels/campsites we recommend. You can find it further down below.

We are planning on having some foodtrucks on the field and plenty of space to eat & chill where people can get together with not too many corona-restrictions hopefully. We’ll keep you up to date about our safety concept closer to the event, as rules and restrictions keep changing.

By the way, there’s a lake very near to the court, where people can swimm and relax after the tournament.

More information is coming - stay tuned!
